  81 Grand Opening Exhibition

Our new home in Shirokanedai opens with Ouroboros, an exhibition where time folds in on itself, a meeting between what has been and what is still to come. It brings cycles of creation and reflection into focus through works by formative contemporary artists.

The exhibition unfolds the landscape of art and ritual, where food and art intertwine, each shaping the other’s form and experience. Ouroboros reflects on where we have come from and what lies ahead, revealing 81 as more than a restaurant or a gallery, but as a space where boundaries fade and the futures of gastronomy and art evolve together.
